Sausage and Crab Stick Fritters

Ingredients

Filling

  • 5 sausages
  • 7 crab sticks
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 large red chilies
  • Chives or soup leaves, as desired

Batter

  • 4 cups wheat flour
  • 4 cups hot water
  • 1 tablespoon chicken stock powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the filling ingredients into desired sizes.

  2. Place the flour and all other ingredients in a container and pour in the hot water.

  3. Mix with a wooden spoon until well combined.

  4. Let the mixture cool for a bit.

  5. When slightly cool, mix well with hands and taste to adjust seasoning.

  6. Fry in a large amount of oil until cooked.

Tips

  1. If you prefer a thinner batter, add some plain water.

  2. Adjust the cutting sizes of ingredients according to your preference.
