Spicy Bestari Flour Cut Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup Bestari brand spicy chicken flour
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons curry powder
  • Curry leaves
  • A little fennel seeds
  • A little salt
  • Water, as needed

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients, then add salt to taste along with finely chopped curry leaves until a dough forms that does not stick to hands

  2. Roll the dough into a log

  3. Cut diagonally into pieces

  4. Fry in medium-high heat until golden brown

Tips

  1. If the dough does not form, add a little water until it does not stick to hands

  2. This recipe yields enough to fill a tall jar; double the ingredients for larger batches
