Spicy Crispy Baby Green Beans
Ingredients
- 250 grams baby green beans
- 1 packet Kobe Super Crispy flour mix
- Bon cabe seasoning
- Water
Preparation
Wash the green beans thoroughly and remove the ends.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Divide the Kobe Super Crispy flour mix into two parts and prepare a wet batter and a dry batter; make the wet batter with medium consistency using water.
Dip the green beans in the wet batter, then coat them with the dry batter, pressing lightly.
Fry in hot oil until cooked, then remove and serve with a sprinkle of bon cabe seasoning.
Tips
The crispy texture lasts up to 8 hours and remains crunchy without being tough.
No eggs are needed as the mix already provides crispiness.
Sprinkling with bon cabe enhances the flavor and makes it even better.
