Crispy Prawn and Chive Fritters

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup boiling hot water
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • Chives as needed
  • Prawns as desired
  • Red radish
  • Red onion
  • Salt
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

  1. Mix 1/4 cup wheat flour and 3/4 cup boiling hot water, adding the water little by little until it gelatinizes, as if cooking the flour.

  2. Once the mixture is ready, add 2 cups wheat flour, chives, prawns, red radish, and salt.

  3. Add 1 cup of normal water.

  4. Mix well, let rest for 5 minutes, heat oil, and fry until golden brown, then lift out, drain the oil, and serve.
