Crispy Prawn and Chive Fritters
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup wheat flour
- 3/4 cup boiling hot water
- 2 cups wheat flour
- Chives as needed
- Prawns as desired
- Red radish
- Red onion
- Salt
- 1 cup water
Preparation
Mix 1/4 cup wheat flour and 3/4 cup boiling hot water, adding the water little by little until it gelatinizes, as if cooking the flour.
Once the mixture is ready, add 2 cups wheat flour, chives, prawns, red radish, and salt.
Add 1 cup of normal water.
Mix well, let rest for 5 minutes, heat oil, and fry until golden brown, then lift out, drain the oil, and serve.
