Crispy Battered Fried Chicken Feet

Ingredients

  • Chicken feet
  • Shallots
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Black pepper
  • White pepper
  • Salt
  • Curry powder
  • Chicken stock seasoning
  • 1 cup spicy versatile flour
  • 2 cups wheat flour

Preparation

  1. Marinate the chicken feet with the blended wet ingredients.

  2. Coat the chicken feet thinly with the dry flour mixture.

  3. Dip the chicken feet back into the wet mixture.

  4. Coat again with the dry flour and press lightly to make the flour stick better.

  5. Fry in plenty of oil over medium-high heat until crispy and golden.

  6. Remove and serve.

Tips

  1. Fried chicken feet do not become tough like in soups or tom yum and do not require long cooking time.

  2. If you do not want to marinate, just use turmeric and salt, coat with flour, and fry.
