Homemade Cheese-Stuffed Naan Bread
Ingredients
- 1 packet yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons condensed milk
- A pinch of salt
- 3 cups wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon dough softener
- Cheese slices
Preparation
Mix yeast into warm water with sugar and wait until it foams.
In another bowl, combine flour, egg, condensed milk, salt, and dough softener.
Gradually add the yeast mixture.
Knead the dough until soft and not sticky to hands.
Shape the dough and insert a cheese slice into it.
Press the dough, optionally using a rolling pin.
Cook on a flat pan until done.
