Indonesian Crispy Shrimp Fritters
Ingredients
- 200g peeled shrimp
- 150g rice flour
- 1 egg
- 150ml water
- 1 green onion, sliced
- salt to taste
Spice blend
- 4 shallots
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and the spice blend together, pouring the water slowly until well combined.
Heat oil in a pan, scoop the batter with a spoon, and fry until cooked. Repeat until all batter is used.
Serve with red vinegar.
