Spicy Shredded Tuna Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 250 grams tuna, ready to use
- 1 stalk green onion
- 10 red bird's eye chilies
- 5 shallots
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 small tomato
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Water, as needed
Preparation
Steam the tuna for 15-20 minutes, then shred and set aside.
Sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant, add sliced chilies and stir well. Add water, salt, sugar, and tomato, stir well, and cook until the spices are done.
Add the shredded tuna and stir well, then add green onion and stir briefly until the seasoning is absorbed. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Remove from heat and serve.
Tips
Make it a bit wet for better durability and to reduce spoilage, or fry it drier for longer preservation.
