Ingredients

Wrappers

  • Dumpling wrappers as needed

Filling

  • 500 grams ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 200 grams tapioca
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Stock powder as needed

Preparation

  1. Mix all the filling ingredients together.

  2. Fill the dumpling wrappers with the mixture.

  3. Fry the dumplings in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
