Healthy Packed Sandwich Lunch with Fruit
Ingredients
- 40g light cheese
- 3 tbsp Tesco healthy living Mayo
- Cucumber
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- 2 x Hovis thick wholemeal bread (HexB)
- Strawberries
- 1 tsp Nutella
Preparation
Grate 40g of light cheese using a zester grater to make it stretch further.
Use 3 tbsp of Tesco healthy living Mayo (each tbsp is 0.5 syns).
Add cucumber, lettuce, and tomatoes to the sandwich.
Use 2 slices of Hovis thick wholemeal bread (HexB, target members get 2 hexBs).
Serve the sandwich with strawberries.
Melt 1 tsp of Nutella (1.5 syns) and add it to the serving.
Use a calpol syringe for precise measurements to keep syns accurate.
