Healthy Packed Sandwich Lunch with Fruit

Ingredients

  • 40g light cheese
  • 3 tbsp Tesco healthy living Mayo
  • Cucumber
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • 2 x Hovis thick wholemeal bread (HexB)
  • Strawberries
  • 1 tsp Nutella

Preparation

  1. Grate 40g of light cheese using a zester grater to make it stretch further.

  2. Use 3 tbsp of Tesco healthy living Mayo (each tbsp is 0.5 syns).

  3. Add cucumber, lettuce, and tomatoes to the sandwich.

  4. Use 2 slices of Hovis thick wholemeal bread (HexB, target members get 2 hexBs).

  5. Serve the sandwich with strawberries.

  6. Melt 1 tsp of Nutella (1.5 syns) and add it to the serving.

  7. Use a calpol syringe for precise measurements to keep syns accurate.

  8. This meal should help maintain energy throughout the day.
