Homemade Granola with Raspberries and Cardamom

Ingredients

  • 85 g Frozen raspberries
  • 150 g Oat flakes
  • 45 g Date syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • Almonds

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.

  2. Slice the almonds and combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Use hands to stir the mixture; it will be sticky.

  4. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes.

  6. Turn on the fan-assisted option and bake for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

  7. Allow the mixture to cool down to become crunchier.

  8. Serve with plant-based milk or yoghurt.
