Homemade Granola with Raspberries and Cardamom
Ingredients
- 85 g Frozen raspberries
- 150 g Oat flakes
- 45 g Date syrup
- 1 teaspoon Ground cardamom
- 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
- Almonds
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Slice the almonds and combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Use hands to stir the mixture; it will be sticky.
Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Turn on the fan-assisted option and bake for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
Allow the mixture to cool down to become crunchier.
Serve with plant-based milk or yoghurt.
