Homemade Cacao Granola with Oats and Seeds
Ingredients
- 4 dl oats
- 1 dl pumpkin seeds
- 1 dl coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
In a smaller bowl, add the agave syrup and the coconut oil and put it in the microwave for a few seconds until the coconut oil is melted.
Pour the oil and syrup over the dry ingredients and stir everything together.
Spread out the granola on a baking tray and bake it in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 150 degrees.
Stir the granola once or twice during baking.
Add the finished granola to a jar.
