Homemade Cacao Granola with Oats and Seeds

Ingredients

  • 4 dl oats
  • 1 dl pumpkin seeds
  • 1 dl coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.

  2. In a smaller bowl, add the agave syrup and the coconut oil and put it in the microwave for a few seconds until the coconut oil is melted.

  3. Pour the oil and syrup over the dry ingredients and stir everything together.

  4. Spread out the granola on a baking tray and bake it in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 150 degrees.

  5. Stir the granola once or twice during baking.

  6. Add the finished granola to a jar.
