Plant Based Baked Nachos

Ingredients

  • - 1 c of prepared Walnut Meat from the Taco Night mini book
  • - 1 c of the 60 Second Nacho Cheese Sauce from the Taco Night mini book
  • - Handful of arugula - Avocado
  • - Tomato, bell pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and layer out tortilla chips. On top of the chips later half of the arugula, nacho cheese sauce, and walnut meat. Add another layer of chips, arugula, walnut meat, and nacho cheese sauce

  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until everything has warmed through

  4. Remove and enjoy immediately
