Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chickpea liquid
- 15 oz chickpeas
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 Tbl lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 roasted red pepper from jar
Preparation
Put all ingredients into high speed blender or food processor.
Puree until smooth.
Scrape sides as needed.
