Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chickpea liquid
  • 15 oz chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 Tbl lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 roasted red pepper from jar

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into high speed blender or food processor.

  2. Puree until smooth.

  3. Scrape sides as needed.
