Tuna-Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients

  • 5-6 eggs
  • 1 can tuna in own juice
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (or more to desired consistency)
  • chopped spring onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled.

  2. After cooling, peel them, cut in half, and separate the yolks from the whites.

  3. Grate the yolks on a fine grater.

  4. Mix the grated yolks with drained tuna and enough mayonnaise to form a smooth paste.

  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  6. Fill the egg white halves with the prepared mixture.
