Tuna-Stuffed Eggs
Ingredients
- 5-6 eggs
- 1 can tuna in own juice
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (or more to desired consistency)
- chopped spring onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Boil the eggs until hard-boiled.
After cooling, peel them, cut in half, and separate the yolks from the whites.
Grate the yolks on a fine grater.
Mix the grated yolks with drained tuna and enough mayonnaise to form a smooth paste.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Fill the egg white halves with the prepared mixture.
