Smoked Turkey Stuffed Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 head lettuce, thinly sliced
- 6 slices smoked turkey
- 1 medium dried beet
For boiling eggs
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon salt
For serving
- nigella seeds
Preparation
In a medium pot, place 4 cups of water and bring to a boil, then add salt and eggs to boil them.
Using a sharp knife, cut the boiled eggs in half.
Spread a little cheddar cheese on each egg half.
Place a piece of lettuce on the cheese.
Distribute the halved cherry tomatoes on the egg halves.
Add slices of smoked turkey and dried beet.
Place the other half of the egg on top.
Insert a wooden stick into the center of each assembled egg.
Sprinkle nigella seeds over the eggs and serve.
