Stuffed Eggs with Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 6 large boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese (labneh)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard paste
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup ground walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

  1. Using a sharp knife, cut the eggs lengthwise into halves.

  2. Using a spoon, remove the egg yolks and place in a deep plate. Place the egg white halves in a serving dish.

  3. To the egg yolks, add the labneh, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Using a wide plastic spoon, mix the yolks while trying to mash them as much as possible to make them very smooth. Add the onion, hot sauce, and walnuts. Mix the ingredients to combine.

  4. Using a small spoon, distribute the yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle paprika over the stuffed eggs and serve immediately.
