Vegan Beet Patties with Burger Additions

Ingredients

  • 375 g vegan mince
  • 1 big beet
  • 1 tbsp mango chutney
  • salt and pepper

Toppings

  • lettuce
  • pickles
  • vegan cheese
  • dressing

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, add the mince, 1 grated beet, mango chutney and the spices.

  2. Mix and form into 4 patties.

  3. Fry in a pan with some oil until both sides are done.

  4. Add to your burger.
