Easy Vegan Korean Omelet

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp snipped nori
  • 1/3 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 cup liquid egg replacer
  • A generous pinch of salt
  • A generous pinch of pepper
  • 1 slice of vegan cheese

Preparation

  1. Mix the nori, carrot, egg replacer, salt and pepper in a bowl.

  2. Grease a rectangular pan and add part of the vegan egg mixture.

  3. Add 1/4 slice of vegan cheese, then fold the omelet, and repeat the process.

  4. Slice the omelet and serve in a bowl with brown rice and veggies.
