Easy Vegan Korean Omelet
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp snipped nori
- 1/3 cup chopped carrot
- 1 cup liquid egg replacer
- A generous pinch of salt
- A generous pinch of pepper
- 1 slice of vegan cheese
Preparation
Mix the nori, carrot, egg replacer, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Grease a rectangular pan and add part of the vegan egg mixture.
Add 1/4 slice of vegan cheese, then fold the omelet, and repeat the process.
Slice the omelet and serve in a bowl with brown rice and veggies.
