Chocolate Quinoa Flakes Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quinoa flakes
- 2 Tbl cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbl natural peanut butter
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 medium mashed banana
Preparation
Add all ingredients except banana to small pot
Cook while stirring over medium heat until simmering
Cook for 3-5 minutes while stirring
Once thick, add mashed banana, mix well, heat till hot
Top with fresh berries, chopped nuts, and more non-dairy milk or enjoy as is
