Chocolate Quinoa Flakes Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quinoa flakes
  • 2 Tbl cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Tbl natural peanut butter
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 medium mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except banana to small pot

  2. Cook while stirring over medium heat until simmering

  3. Cook for 3-5 minutes while stirring

  4. Once thick, add mashed banana, mix well, heat till hot

  5. Top with fresh berries, chopped nuts, and more non-dairy milk or enjoy as is
