Pinkladyappleuk Apple Slices
Ingredients
- 500ml soya or almond milk
- 85g porridge oats
- 2 pink lady apples, 1 for the porridge and 1 for the topping
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- pinch cloves
- apple slices, seeds, maple syrup and cashew nut butter to garnish.
- bring to a simmer and cook over a medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the porridge is thick and creamy.
- pour into bowls and top with sliced apple, sprinkle with seeds and drizzle with a little maple syrup and cashew nut butter.

Preparation
Core and chop the apple and add to a pan along with the rest of the ingredients
Bring to a simmer and cook over a medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the porridge is thick and creamy
Pour into bowls and top with sliced apple, sprinkle with seeds and drizzle with a little maple syrup and cashew nut butter
