Coconut Overnight Proats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of porridge oats?
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of cookies n cream vegan protein powder??
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk from a can

Preparation

  1. The night before or the morning of mix together 1/3 cup of porridge oats?, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 1 scoop of cookies n cream vegan protein powder??, 1/4 cup coconut milk from a can?, and water until the oats are covered?

  2. Place in the fridge until set❄️ (either the night before or morning of, takes around 3 hours)

  3. Put on your fave toppings, here I’ve got: fresh figs, strawberries?, blueberries?, desiccated coconut? and almond butter
