Overnight Raspberry Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup cashew milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 heaping each coconut yogurt and raspberry chia jam
  • granola

Preparation

  1. In a glass measuring cup add in all the overnight oat ingredients and stir to combine

  2. In a jar add in frozen raspberries

  3. Pour in oat mix, cover and place in fridge

  4. Next morning, layer yogurt and jam
