Matcha Overnight Chia-Oat
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of porridge oats?
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1 heaped tsp of matcha powder
- 1 heaped tsp of flax seeds
- 1 scoop of protein powder i used ‘birthday cake’ flavour, but any vanilla-ish flavours will work (not choccy ones i don’t think!!)
Preparation
Add all the dry ingredients and mix
Add raisins / any add ins
Cover with milk or water and stir
Pop in the fridge until set!!
