Matcha Overnight Chia-Oat

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of porridge oats?
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 heaped tsp of matcha powder
  • 1 heaped tsp of flax seeds
  • 1 scoop of protein powder i used ‘birthday cake’ flavour, but any vanilla-ish flavours will work (not choccy ones i don’t think!!)

Preparation

  1. Add all the dry ingredients and mix

  2. Add raisins / any add ins

  3. Cover with milk or water and stir

  4. Pop in the fridge until set!!
