Berry Chia Seed-Overnight Oats Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2-1 cup of porridge oats
  • 2tbsp chia seeds
  • 2tbsp flax seeds
  • 1tbsp unshelled hemp seeds
  • a scoop of vanilla protein powder (any flavour will work)
  • handful of raisins?
  • blended raspberries?
  • 2 cups of non dairy milk?

Preparation

  1. Store in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next day

  2. His mixture lasts me 3-4 days depending on how much I have

  3. I had mine today with 1/2 an apple

  4. A handful of frozen berries

  5. And some coconut yoghurt
