Berry Chia Seed-Overnight Oats Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2-1 cup of porridge oats
- 2tbsp chia seeds
- 2tbsp flax seeds
- 1tbsp unshelled hemp seeds
- a scoop of vanilla protein powder (any flavour will work)
- handful of raisins?
- blended raspberries?
- 2 cups of non dairy milk?
Preparation
Store in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next day
His mixture lasts me 3-4 days depending on how much I have
I had mine today with 1/2 an apple
A handful of frozen berries
And some coconut yoghurt
