Creamy Overnight Oats and Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- 6 tbsp porridge oats
- 4 tbsp coconut yoghurt (another thick yoghurt will work as well)
- non dairy milk (enough to cover everything)
- dash of agave /another sweetener
- add ins: I added raisins and frozen blueberries
Toppings
- fresh strawberries
- sliced banana
- hemp seeds for added omega-3, protein & fibre
- coconut flakes
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together.
Place in the fridge overnight.
Serving
Top with fresh strawberries.
Add sliced banana.
Sprinkle hemp seeds.
Add coconut flakes.
