Creamy Overnight Oats and Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 6 tbsp porridge oats
  • 4 tbsp coconut yoghurt (another thick yoghurt will work as well)
  • non dairy milk (enough to cover everything)
  • dash of agave /another sweetener
  • add ins: I added raisins and frozen blueberries

Toppings

  • fresh strawberries
  • sliced banana
  • hemp seeds for added omega-3, protein & fibre
  • coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Place in the fridge overnight.

Serving

  1. Top with fresh strawberries.

  2. Add sliced banana.

  3. Sprinkle hemp seeds.

  4. Add coconut flakes.
