Vegan Brownie Batter Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 55g oat flour
  • 230-250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 30g vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 10ml tahini
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 20g natural almond milk yoghurt (optional)

Toppings

  • Banana slices
  • 1 chocolate brownie
  • Cacao nibs
  • 10g low cal vegan chocolate spread
  • 10g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Cook the oat flour, chia seeds, and almond milk until thickened.

  2. Stir in the protein powder, tahini, and yoghurt if using.

  3. Top with an Oreo, banana slices, chocolate spread, and cacao nibs.
