Chocolate Chip Walnut Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup flour - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1/2 tsp nutmeg - 3 tsp baking powder
  • - 1 tsp salt
  • - 2-3 mashed bananas (mushy the better)
  • - 1 egg - 3 tbsp greek yogurt (original recipe calls for veggie oil but we don’t have any)
  • - 1/2 cup sugar - 1/2 cup brown sugar - 1/3 cup almond milk (or any kind
  • - 1/2 cup (heaping) chopped walnuts - 1/2 cup (heaping) chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Directions: mix the dry ingredients set aside

  2. Whisk together wet ingredients + sugar then pour into dry ingredients and combine

  3. Fold in walnuts and choco chips

  4. Bake at 350 for 60-75 min (until a knife or tooth pick comes out clean)

  5. Enjoy
