Delicious Grape Bread with Spices and Fruits
Ingredients
- 1 cup Grapes
- 1/2 cup Sugar (I used @natvialiving)
- 1 1/3 cup Flour of choice
- 1/3 cup Almond Milk
- 1/3 cup Dairy-Free Yoghurt
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C
Blend your grapes with milk to create a grape milkshake.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Add in the grape milkshake, yoghurt, and vanilla, and stir until combined.
Optional: add in any extras, such as chopped grapes and walnuts.
Pour the mixture into a lined tin and bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
Storage tips
Store in the fridge for 5-7 days.
