Delicious Grape Bread with Spices and Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Grapes
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (I used @natvialiving)
  • 1 1/3 cup Flour of choice
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/3 cup Dairy-Free Yoghurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C

  2. Blend your grapes with milk to create a grape milkshake.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  4. Add in the grape milkshake, yoghurt, and vanilla, and stir until combined.

  5. Optional: add in any extras, such as chopped grapes and walnuts.

  6. Pour the mixture into a lined tin and bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through.

Storage tips

  1. Store in the fridge for 5-7 days.
