Quick Bread Pizza Snack

Ingredients

  • bread
  • tomato ketchup
  • mayonnaise
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • butter
  • pizza seasoning
  • salt
  • black pepper

Vegetable toppings

  • onions
  • bell peppers
  • boiled corn
  • jalapenos

Preparation

  1. Chop vegetables of your choice; for example, onions, bell peppers, boiled corn, and jalapenos.

  2. In a bowl, mix all the vegetables with pizza seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Slice the bread in half.

  4. Spread tomato ketchup and mayonnaise on the bread slices.

  5. Top it with the vegetable mixture and shredded mozzarella cheese.

  6. Line a baking tray with some butter and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
