Cheesy Cranberry Stuffed Bread Sticks
Ingredients
- 1 medium boiled potato
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped US cranberries
- Mozzarella cheese
- Some finely chopped green chillies
- Salt to taste
- 5-6 bread slices
- 2 teaspoons corn flour
- 2 tablespoons oil or butter
Preparation
Take a mixing bowl to make the stuffing.
Add the grated boiled potato to the bowl.
Add 1/2 cup roughly chopped US cranberries to the bowl.
Add mozzarella cheese to the bowl.
Add some finely chopped green chillies to the bowl.
Add salt to taste and mix everything together.
Cut the sides off the bread slices.
Dilute 2 teaspoons corn flour with water to make a slurry.
Brush some water on a bread slice.
Roll the bread slice thin with a rolling pin.
Add the stuffing on the bread slice.
Gently roll it up and seal the corners with corn flour slurry.
Repeat the same procedure for the remaining bread slices.
Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons oil or butter.
Place the bread sticks in the pan and roast until golden-brown on all sides.
Transfer to a serving plate and cut each stick in half.
