Potato Pizza Kuku Fusion

Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 200 grams chopped salami
  • 150 grams cooked corn
  • Half a bell pepper
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • 2 tablespoons pizza cheese, optional
  • Salt and spices to taste (paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, thyme, onion powder)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients, adding flour gradually until the mixture holds together; some stickiness is normal and you may need more flour.

  2. Dust the work surface and the mixture with flour, roll out, and cut to the desired size.

  3. Heat a pan, add oil, and let it heat; fry both sides in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown, ensuring not to flip until one side is fully golden.

  4. Let drain on a paper towel and serve.

Tips

  1. Vegetables used can be changed according to your preference; this combination is very tasty.

  2. You can use the bell pepper raw or sauté it lightly before adding.
