Potato Pizza Kuku Fusion
Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 200 grams chopped salami
- 150 grams cooked corn
- Half a bell pepper
- Chopped parsley to taste
- 2 tablespoons pizza cheese, optional
- Salt and spices to taste (paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, thyme, onion powder)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients, adding flour gradually until the mixture holds together; some stickiness is normal and you may need more flour.
Dust the work surface and the mixture with flour, roll out, and cut to the desired size.
Heat a pan, add oil, and let it heat; fry both sides in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown, ensuring not to flip until one side is fully golden.
Let drain on a paper towel and serve.
Tips
Vegetables used can be changed according to your preference; this combination is very tasty.
You can use the bell pepper raw or sauté it lightly before adding.
