Crispy Brazilian Stuffed Potato Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg cooked and peeled potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 200 g cubed cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 packet orange Sazon seasoning

Preparation

  1. Mash the cooked potatoes with butter until smooth

  2. Add the egg, Sazon seasoning, and flour

  3. Mix until a non-sticky dough forms

  4. Set the dough aside

  5. Cut the cheese into small cubes

  6. Take a small spoonful of dough and flatten it in your palm

  7. Place a cheese cube in the center

  8. Fold the dough over the cheese and shape into a ball

  9. Fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown
