Crispy Brazilian Stuffed Potato Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg cooked and peeled potatoes
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 200 g cubed cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 packet orange Sazon seasoning
Preparation
Mash the cooked potatoes with butter until smooth
Add the egg, Sazon seasoning, and flour
Mix until a non-sticky dough forms
Set the dough aside
Cut the cheese into small cubes
Take a small spoonful of dough and flatten it in your palm
Place a cheese cube in the center
Fold the dough over the cheese and shape into a ball
Fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown
