Vegetarian Pizza with Chilli Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
- Pizza dough (pre-made)
- Tomato puree
- Water (to thin)
- Garlic
- Italian seasoning
- Cubed mozzarella
- Sliced vegerami
- Plant bacon
- Chilli and garlic sauce
Preparation
Thaw the pizza dough in the refrigerator overnight.
Let the dough rise in a warm place in a covered bowl.
Shape the dough into a pizza base.
Top with tomato puree mixture (thinned with water, garlic, and Italian seasoning), cubed mozzarella, sliced vegerami, and plant bacon.
Bake in a hot oven for 9 minutes.
Finish under the grill for 1 minute.
Serve with chilli and garlic sauce.
