Vegetarian Pizza with Chilli Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough (pre-made)
  • Tomato puree
  • Water (to thin)
  • Garlic
  • Italian seasoning
  • Cubed mozzarella
  • Sliced vegerami
  • Plant bacon
  • Chilli and garlic sauce

Preparation

  1. Thaw the pizza dough in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. Let the dough rise in a warm place in a covered bowl.

  3. Shape the dough into a pizza base.

  4. Top with tomato puree mixture (thinned with water, garlic, and Italian seasoning), cubed mozzarella, sliced vegerami, and plant bacon.

  5. Bake in a hot oven for 9 minutes.

  6. Finish under the grill for 1 minute.

  7. Serve with chilli and garlic sauce.
