Chicken Ginger Black Pepper Soup

Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • Lemongrass, cut and smashed
  • Ginger, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 shallots and some garlic
  • Green onion
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Heat water until hot.

  2. Pound the shallots, garlic, and black pepper.

  3. Add the lemongrass, ginger, pounded mixture, chicken, salt, and sugar.

  4. Cover and let it cook.

  5. Add garlic and green onion.

  6. It is done!
