Easy Vegan Banana Oat Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
- 3/4 cup plant milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (for frying)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except the oil until smooth.
Heat coconut oil in a pan.
Pour in batter and form small pancakes.
Cook until bubbles form, flip and finish cooking.

Serve with toppings like banana, syrup, or nut butter.
