Easy Vegan Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
  • 3/4 cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for frying)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except the oil until smooth.

  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan.

  3. Pour in batter and form small pancakes.

  4. Cook until bubbles form, flip and finish cooking.
