Egg and Beans on Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 x Roberts Bakery good for you wholemeal digestion boost bread
  • 3 teaspoons Tesco butterpak spreadable
  • Baked beans
  • 2 eggs
  • Mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon reduced salt and sugar tomato sauce

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread until golden brown

  2. Spread the butter or spreadable on the toasted bread

  3. Fry the eggs until cooked to your preference

  4. Fry the mushrooms until softened

  5. Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave

  6. Assemble by placing beans, eggs, and mushrooms on the toast, then drizzle with tomato sauce
