Quick and Easy Smoked Paprika Hummus
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups canned Absolute Organic Chickpeas (drained)
- 3/4 cup Absolute Organic unhulled tahini
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 2 small cloves of chopped roasted garlic
- Generous pinch of salt
- Cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup Garlic & Extra virgin olive oil spray
- 5 tbsp of water
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until a smooth paste forms.
If more oil is needed, add more in.
Sprinkle smoked paprika and sea salt on top.
