Quick and Easy Smoked Paprika Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups canned Absolute Organic Chickpeas (drained)
  • 3/4 cup Absolute Organic unhulled tahini
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 small cloves of chopped roasted garlic
  • Generous pinch of salt
  • Cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Garlic & Extra virgin olive oil spray
  • 5 tbsp of water

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until a smooth paste forms.

  2. If more oil is needed, add more in.

  3. Sprinkle smoked paprika and sea salt on top.
