Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and milk in a glass or plastic bowl. Cover and let sit out overnight.

  2. The morning of waffling, mix together the flax and water and let sit for 5 minutes.

  3. Fold in the soaked flax, melted butter, vanilla, and baking powder.

  4. Cook and fill based on your waffle iron's recommendations.
