Spicy Red Peppers Hummus
Ingredients
- Chick Peas
- Red Peppers
- Jalapeño
- Garlic
- Olive Oil
Preparation
Roast the red peppers and jalapeño until charred.
Peel and remove seeds from the peppers.
Drain and rinse the chick peas.
In a food processor, combine the chick peas, roasted peppers, jalapeño, garlic, and olive oil.
Blend until smooth.
Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve.
