Spicy Red Peppers Hummus

Ingredients

  • Chick Peas
  • Red Peppers
  • Jalapeño
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil

Preparation

  1. Roast the red peppers and jalapeño until charred.

  2. Peel and remove seeds from the peppers.

  3. Drain and rinse the chick peas.

  4. In a food processor, combine the chick peas, roasted peppers, jalapeño, garlic, and olive oil.

  5. Blend until smooth.

  6. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve.
