Easy Roast Pepper Hummus Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 large red peppers, roasted
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp roast cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste
  • Water as needed

Preparation

  1. Roast the red peppers using an air fryer or preferred method.

  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor.

  3. Process until smooth, adding water to achieve desired consistency.
