Green Nut Pulp Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 cup nut pulp (from one batch of milk)
- 1/4 cup peas
- handful spinach
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- pepper to taste
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
If the mixture is too thick, add a bit of water or more tahini or oil.
Taste and adjust salt and pepper.
Perfect for snacks with raw veggies.
