Green Nut Pulp Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut pulp (from one batch of milk)
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • handful spinach
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor.

  2. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit of water or more tahini or oil.

  3. Taste and adjust salt and pepper.

  4. Perfect for snacks with raw veggies.
