Vegan Chickpea Flour Bagels
Ingredients
- 1 cup garbanzo bean flour
- 1 flax egg (1 tablespoon flax seeds + 3 tablespoons water)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Water
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix the flax egg and let it set in the fridge for 5-10 minutes
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and salt
Once the flax egg is ready, add it to the dry mix with 1/2 cup of water to create the dough
Spray the donut tray or coat with oil and add the mixture to bake for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees
