Vegan Chickpea Flour Bagels

Ingredients

  • 1 cup garbanzo bean flour
  • 1 flax egg (1 tablespoon flax seeds + 3 tablespoons water)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Water
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix the flax egg and let it set in the fridge for 5-10 minutes

  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and salt

  3. Once the flax egg is ready, add it to the dry mix with 1/2 cup of water to create the dough

  4. Spray the donut tray or coat with oil and add the mixture to bake for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees

  5. Enjoy with your favorite toppings
