- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 cup warm milk
For glazing

- 1/4 teaspoon instant coffee
Filling
- 1 cup cooked ground meat
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 cup pickled cucumber
- 100 grams shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
In the mixer bowl, place half the amount of flour, add the yeast, baking powder, salt, sugar and butter, attach the dough hook and mix until ingredients are combined.
Continue kneading while adding more flour as needed to keep the dough soft and sticky but not sticking to the bowl, knead on low speed for 5 minutes, then place the dough in a greased bowl and let it double in size.
Cut the dough into 6 balls, cover them and let them rest for a few minutes.
Press on a dough ball to roll it out into a disc, add some meat, ketchup, mustard, pickles and cheese, close the dough over the filling and seal it well, then reshape it into a ball.
Place the stuffed dough balls in the baking tray with spaces between them.
Cover them with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel and let them rest and double in size.
Brush the surface of the balls with the glazing mixture.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
