Brazilian Sweet Corn Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 package grated cheese
  • 2 cups corn flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C)

  2. Grease and flour a cake pan

  3. Blend eggs, corn, oil, milk, sugar, and cheese in a blender until smooth

  4. Add corn flour and baking powder and blend just until combined

  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan

  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
