Brazilian Sweet Corn Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 can corn
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 package grated cheese
- 2 cups corn flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C)
Grease and flour a cake pan
Blend eggs, corn, oil, milk, sugar, and cheese in a blender until smooth
Add corn flour and baking powder and blend just until combined
Pour batter into the prepared pan
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
