Moist Corn Cake with Coconut and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 can corn
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 100g grated parmesan cheese
- 100g shredded coconut
- 1 cup milk
- 100g baking powder
Preparation
Blend the milk, oil, and eggs in a blender for 1 minute
Add the corn and blend for 2 more minutes
Add the sugar, butter, shredded coconut, and grated parmesan cheese and blend for 2 minutes
Add the baking powder and blend for 5 minutes until the batter is well mixed
Grease a pudding mold with butter and flour, pour in the batter, and bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for 40 minutes
