Moist Corn Cake with Coconut and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 can corn
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 100g grated parmesan cheese
  • 100g shredded coconut
  • 1 cup milk
  • 100g baking powder

Preparation

  1. Blend the milk, oil, and eggs in a blender for 1 minute

  2. Add the corn and blend for 2 more minutes

  3. Add the sugar, butter, shredded coconut, and grated parmesan cheese and blend for 2 minutes

  4. Add the baking powder and blend for 5 minutes until the batter is well mixed

  5. Grease a pudding mold with butter and flour, pour in the batter, and bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for 40 minutes
