Easy No-Bake Easter Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 kg farmer's cheese
- 80 g vanilla pudding mix
- 200 g erythritol
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g butter
- 5 small eggs
- vanilla flavoring
- about 300 g biscuits
Topping
- 50 g milk chocolate
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 50 g coconut milk
Preparation
In a pot, melt butter, erythritol, and add vanilla flavoring.
Add eggs and cheese and mix immediately.
Separately, mix milk with pudding mix, add to the hot but not boiling cheese mixture and stir until thickened.
In a 20x30 cm pan, lay a layer of biscuits, then half the mixture, another layer of biscuits, and the remaining mixture, layered with biscuits.
Topping
Melt the chocolates and coconut milk in a water bath and pour over the top.
