Quick Brazilian Cornmeal Cake Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can milk (use same can as condensed milk)
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 small bottle coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 4 eggs
Preparation
Add all ingredients to the blender starting with liquids and gradually adding dry ingredients
Blend for approximately 5 minutes
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured medium baking dish (this yields a taller fluffier texture)
Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool and cut into small squares
