Quick Brazilian Cornmeal Cake Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can milk (use same can as condensed milk)
  • 2 tablespoons cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 small bottle coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender starting with liquids and gradually adding dry ingredients

  2. Blend for approximately 5 minutes

  3. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured medium baking dish (this yields a taller fluffier texture)

  4. Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown

  5. Let cool and cut into small squares
