Easy No-Bake Peach Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 piece chocolate pound cake
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peach
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Preparation

  1. Prepare 6 transparent cups suitable for serving

  2. Using a sharp knife, cut the cake into 1-inch thick slices and then into cubes

  3. In a deep plate, place the peach and mash it with a fork

  4. In a mixer bowl, place the cheese, sour cream, and sugar and mix on medium speed until creamy

  5. Add the peach using a wide plastic spoon and stir to mix

  6. In a mixer bowl, place the cream and attach the whisk attachment, then mix on medium speed until it thickens

  7. Add the whipped cream to the cheese and peach mixture and stir gently to combine well

  8. Distribute the cake cubes in the cups and then add the cheese and peach mixture on top, then place the cups in the refrigerator for several hours until cold and set

  9. Remove the peach cheesecake from the fridge, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and serve cold
