Deviled Strawberries with Cheesecake Filling
Ingredients
- 1 pint (357 grams) fresh strawberries
- 1 block (250 grams) of cream cheese, room temp
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) of sour cream
- 1 cup (130 grams) of icing sugar
- Splash of vanilla extract
Preparation
Cut the strawberries in half and scoop out the hard white middle without making a hole all the way through.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and vanilla and mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add icing sugar and mix again until smooth.
Fill a resealable sandwich bag with the cream cheese mixture and cut a small hole in the bottom corner.
Pipe a small amount of cream cheese into each strawberry.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
